Only a man could write a book that involves repeatedly raping a woman by threat and force, and making it as if she secretly loves it and wants it. How is this ok? It just reinforces the argument of - she really wanted it, so it must be her fault. Shame on this author. And shame on the publisher who printed it. The premise seemed interesting, but as I got into it, I was repulsed by the rape - from someone who claims to punish rapers by torturing and killing them - and then does the very same. Very very disappointed.
