I would strongly advise against using Fandango. I ordered tickets for a group like I had done several times before. When we arrived at the theater, the clerk stated it was the wrong theater. The theater Fandango sent me to this occurrence was 100 miles away. After purchasing tickets for the correct theater, the attendant stated this happens regularly. When I spoke to the rep at Fandango, she said she would escalate the case, but instead sent me an email stating it was outside their guidelines. I will NEVER use Fandango again. They don't take care of their customers. They are only interested in lining their pockets and the pockets of the theaters they work with. I don't think I will use AMC again either.
