While this is a good platform and works well, it is the lack of customer appreciation and the fact that they only give new members discounts to join and do not care about loyal racers. In order to move up in license you have to purchase more content. it is all rigged to get the most money out of you. I renewed my yearly subscription at $110.00 and days later there was a promo for $85.00 which is very rare for existing customers, I contacted customer support and asked if they could refund me the $25.00 difference since I just missed it, no deal. Didn't care at all. I hope someone develops a racing service that is fair and that appreciates there long time loyal customers cause this one does not.
