When I went to see this I had low expectations because Disney usually fails to make good sequels nowadays, and I was right not to get my hopes up. Now, I think this was fine to see, I only saw it because I love Moana 1, I think the visuals were really nice, and Moana’s new outfit was a nice change. But I could just feel this was a cash grab, when I was watching it, it’s just felt pretty low quality, also the songs weren’t as great as songs from the first movie, songs from the first were very catchy, memorable, and I’d love to singalong to them! The songs in Moana 2 were kinda lacking, you’d expect me to be humming a song from the second movie afterwards but I barley even remembered any of them, I liked the one when Maui was singing, but that’s all. I hope Disney sees that Moana 2 wasn’t a great idea and they stop making sequels, or at least they come up with a better sequel!!
