I recommend to watch this movie and watch every detail. Well here is the spoiler alert ahead.............. My opinion is: He is in drugs. His drug is “Isabelle”, which he has to choose between her and his daughter. He’s in a point that he doesn’t know what’s real. How he gets money to buy the drugs...well ... he is a male prostitute. Then again, if I was to explain all the details it will be too much. There is details everywhere, not everything is what it seems.
