If you were initially put off from watching the Rings of Power by its implausible and spurious ethnic diversity then I would suggest you don't cut off your own nose and give it a go. It's actually not bad. It looks and sounds great but can be dull at times however, I felt that the essence of Middle Earth had been captured overall. The first season improves as it goes along and left me intrigued to see what a second season might offer. This is a fantasy afterall, for which we suspend many beliefs. If you can suspend a few more than you originally anticipated, you might find it worth it.
