Don’t get me wrong I love it when Clint produces his sub machine gun
and runs amok in Schloss what-ever you may call it. But this gentle, beautifully assembled and simple piece of British cinema has cheered him up . A Private Function, made in the last part of the 20 century, that featured a pig that was never going to make crackling and roast pork, is very similarly positioned on the hilariously funny ‘make you smile’ quotient.
Ken’s favourite line from A Private Function…seven nines are sixty three. He will be investing many hours over the weekend to see what the favoured line from Wicked Little Letters is going to be.
