I bought a beautiful £375 coat which I loved and wore a few times. Then the zip completely broke, making it unwearable. I was annoyed that it broke so easily considering it wasn’t cheap, however was reassured by the repairs team that they would fix it (at the cost of my postage which was just £13) and that once received, my coat would be fixed and sent back within 2 weeks. It has now been 3 weeks and I haven’t received an update. No one is replying to me now despite numerous chases. Overall quite a negative experience, and a lot of energy for a coat that shouldn’t have broken in the first place.
