I really loved the show, but I was sorely disappointed in the ending. After all of this trials and tribulation of the contestants, in the final cook off the chef who took no risks whatsoever on his final dish wins anticlimactically by cooking a dish that used to be on his menu at his restaurant in LA. All of the other chefs created something original for these world chefs, and dude wins with his fish and burned onions. Great show, lame finale. Disappointed.
