Great movie. American heritage , Hollywood style of 1949.

I watched this movie when it first came out and enjoyed it. I still enjoy it to this day. Helen Slater was in my opinion the perfect actress to fill the part. Now there is more advanced technology being used for super hero movies and I enjoy most of them. So, anyway, thank you Supergirl !

If the adults in this show were anywhere near functional , understanding and sought to communicate about core beliefs and issues the children might have an opportunity of living much more stable. But it really boils down to the writers. It really could possibly be a much better series.

Wow ! What a movie ! True story! Great cast, Alan Rickman who unfortunately passed too soon and will be missed. Bill Pullman ,great actor ( Independence Day, Casper, Ruthless People and more. Chris pine ( Star Trek Into Darkness). Takes one back to the reality of the struggle of the Napa Valley wine industry of the early 1970's. Was not nearly as recognized as today. Great music, great costuming. Awesome family movie. This film has significant historical value. A must watch film.
