The Omnivore's Dilemma is enlightening; nothing like the truth to be convincing. In a non-judgmental and entertaining expose, Michael Pollan explains why how what has happened to our food and our means of production. if we were all exposed to this information, our society could dramatically improve for the better - in terms of personal health, farming and environmental practices, ethical practices in the food industry and business in general.
