I was excited to start this series being a nurse myself. Sorry to say, this is a terrible representation of the nursing profession and normal operations within a hospital. Production obviously spent little time researching and didn’t have a knowledgeable consultant. This show is disappointing and upsetting. Now more than ever nurses should be depicted accurately. Shame on NBC for a huge fail! Please take this show off the air, it is an insult to nurses and other medical professionals. Dramatizing false information about healthcare is so counterproductive to those of us working so hard every day! I’m so mad at this show!!
