Just Saying

I will give it 5 starts when I don't have to fight with the map legend: I selected no 'PHOTOS' at all. Nor mine, nor friends, nor community: but, 'COMMUNITY' photos have a mind of their own. They keep popping up, on a very cluttered menu, it's annoying. Otherwise, I freaking love the gameplay. Seeing other people's progress in 'MY' world -doesn't have the desired effect on me. It's an intrusion to my gameplay.. . . Please, fix.. 🕵🏼‍♂️

The movie was kinda o.k. But, we are supposed to believe they fought the causes they believed in. Not what history dictates as right or wrong. In the ending scene they scan passed a picture in which 3 of the 4 are seen helping Fidel Castro's revolution in Cuba. Thousands died. Talk about interjecting a current film with communist propaganda. I suppose in the next installment we'll see them cut to a scene in which they helped Stalin. It was cheap and misguided. IMO.

The best part of this series, for me: it's relation to all the other Star Trek series. For one reason or the other; it prompted me jumping back to the Original Star Trek (original pilot even), then to 'TNG', even DS9.....and, Voyager! While, 'filling in the blank' if you will; the show also offers stories, and a perspective that stands on its own -definitely an 'ADULT' flavor of Star Trek. Kinda dark, with 'Section 31' featured prominently! I love the show, and the cast is freaking amazing: they kinda let them play off their strengths. Like, they are comfortable contributing to the 'story/interpretation'. Many worthy mentions: the character of 'Saru'; both in theme & portrayal -fascinating! Chemistry, and sincerity between the rest of the cast is really, really present. (Chem. between Spock, and his sister -Micheal Burnham, is very strong!) It's a good show! Definitely a welcome addition to the team! 🤗
