I casually watched this movie on Amazon prime based on the reviews given on the internet. For me, it's now in the list of one of the best movies that I've watched in my life. While the first half is good, the 2nd half, where the war begins, keeps you on the edge of the seat. You can really empathise with the characters, specially Andrew Garfield's. He's brilliant. The background score is perfect. Some visuals are terrifying. It shows you how crazy The Battle of Okinawa was if you've known about it.
