Creepy, sinister and mesmerising. And set in the Heilfire Club and Powerscourt in Ireland, as far as I can see.. about 15 minutes from where I live. All the one star reviews seem to be from people who are disappointed that it's nothing like the original story line and that it's too slow. Wouldn't if be boring if it was? These people have been brought up on superhero movies and transformers... It didn't have enough explosions for them. It reminds me more of Dario Argento. Movies like Suspiria..the weird disconcerting music and shots and atmosphere building.Alice Krige excellent and creepy.
