The best cooking skillet is an iron skillet! Once My skillets cool down completely, I use the plastic bag that held my onions and us it as an iron skillet scrubber. Works like a champ. I have been using the same plastic yellow netting for about 4 years. Nothing (hardly) ever cleans my skillets so easily.
