Very first time I had to deal with Armstrong and it has not been a good experience. I moved into a rental and you have to go with the company told ,which is Armstrong. I made the appointment online , received a confirmation email, had to fill in my banking info and make a 4 digit pin. They never showed up. I called the company , only to here they can’t find the property, or an account for me. You would think good customer service would try anything to remedy the situation as I had to take off work for this today!! Had all the proof in the world that the appointment was made and not a single representative offered to send someone out as this was their fault . Not a good start with this company and NOT looking forward to giving my money to someone who doesn’t care about their customers.
