This show is an abomination to the Mexican culture. The show made us Mexicanas and Mexicanos look terrible. While there are some here and there funny and accurate scenes, Mayan tried way too hard and should’ve just played a Chicana role or something. She tried way too hard to play a Mexicana. Also her son talks back to his parents and sassy. Absolutely not a part of the Mexican culture. Kids get the chancla if we ever spoke back to our parents.
