Absolutely brilliant game. I first picked up this game because it was free with xbox game pass. I went on to complete the main seven levels and have a go at the harder ones, but ultimately it was overshadowed when I played Hollow Knight and I never got anywhere with it. I later saw Celeste again on Steam, this time on sale for just over £4. I picked it up again because why not and it soon reclaimed its title as my all-time favourite game. Today I beat Farewell, and there are only a few more things I need to do before I saw goodbye to the game for good… …Is what I would say if I didn’t know about modding, and speedrunning, and all the other awesome things this community has done even after seeing everything this game has to offer. Truly a masterpiece of storytelling and gameplay.
