I think I endured this movie to the end because it reminded me of portions of my own life. I wanted to own a home. I ended up with a home in the suburbs with a mortgage, an HOA and all its restrictions and commitments (rules, work, mortgage payments, insurance, etc). On the suburbs every block and every house resembles the next. Life becomes boring and repetitive and unless you are privileged (or win the lottery) you must work all your life to fulfill the commitments you trapped yourself in, raise your kids, retire and then, you die.

I get it. Often, we mess up and have to confront or accept the consequences. I kept watching all the way until the end waiting for the moment in which the spider was going to put Skinny Human out of his misery. It didn't happen... Depressing.

This movie is like a poem. If you have lived long enough, in years or experience, this movie makes you reflect about your own life. It is slow and sad but, it's also beautiful. All the characters are great portraying their own uneventful lives and solitude. They are able to carry the weight of their lonely existence with fantasies of love and companionship.

This movie has trouble flowing at the beginning. It takes about 20 minutes for the story to start moving forward. Then, it gets relatively entertaining (if you are paying attention). The acting is decent and Patricia Arquette beautiful naked body is enticing enough to keep you watching. A good movie to watch if you have nothing better to do.

Very entertaining and relaxing.
