This is one of the movies that I will watch once or twice a year as there is a magic to it. And its one of those move that make the evil of the world disappear for an hour or so. And the ending song will take your breath away The actress Claire Catherine Danes, and the actor Michael York, have some striking similarities? Almost in the same DNA pool. One of the persons to watch was Robert De Niro was a hoot in it as the mentor to Tristan Thorn (Charlie Cox.)

I love this animation as it doesn’t take itself seriously. It a lighthearted, whimsical movie. It one when I get a little blue I like to watch. Half the fun is to study the detailing in the movie, that was make it special. And BTW don't forget to look for and count the rings. You will be surprise where they are. I also now own the soundtrack. The only shame they didn’t make a sequel or two.
