I found the series difficult to watch, as it felt disjointed and all over the place. I struggled to keep track of what was happening and couldnโt quite figure out what each character's role was within the firm. The trailer had me expecting something entirely different, and I felt misled. They portrayed Ted Black as a cocky, witty, confident lawyer, but instead, he came across as a sad, angry, and serious person with unresolved daddy issuesโnothing like the charismatic Harvey Specter. It was hard to believe they could be long-time friends with such contrasting personalities. Additionally, the betrayal storyline felt rushed. It would have been far more impactful if it had been saved for the season finale, leaving a cliffhanger for season two. If the show had built up the tension slowly, I would have felt more invested in the characters and the emotional stakes. Instead, it missed the chance to make the twist truly resonate.
