Absolutely brilliant! would recommend for a first course in Tensor Calculus (it covers more than what you'd expect but it is worth it).
Gets to the point using geometric intuition without much formalism whenever possible and introduces it when the reader is prepared for it.
For a first pass this approach proved very effective as far too often it is easy to get bogged down by technical details regarding definitions without progressing on conceptual ideas.
The topic of curvature is presented very well.
