From skimming the reviews, most people gave it 5 stars. But after that, the second most popular rating is 1 star. I guess it's one of those movies you either love or hate. I feel like it perfectly encapsulates the resentment that builds when you are working in a creative and subjective industry where your successes depend on your reputation. A reputation that depends on the biased judgements of those who have not sacrificed aspects of their life to the same degree, yet are the ones you feel the need to please... It's something you understand once you've been through it.
