If you feel stuck, blame yourself for being stuck, do not remember chunks of your childhood, think you might need therapy but cannot afford it either financially or because of trust issues or pride issues (those who have pride issues will know exactly what I mean), have tried so many self-help books you feel nauseous, know there is so much more to you and inside you but cannot move forward because you are simply overwhelmed, feel your past is a heavy and cloying armor, or if you have a loved one who seems to fit this description, read it. If it’s too heavy, put it down, and try reading it again, in a few years’ time. Above all, be kind and reasonable toward yourself. This book tells you how.
