I decided to write this review after seeing some nutjob saying its racist. I hate how nobody in this generation can take a joke anymore and look down on all old comedy films as either racist, or anything like that. If you can't take a joke, you may as well not watch comedy films and go sit with the rest of the miserable gits...anyway, Airplane is one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. Any phrase that they say becomes true, like when Ted says "Sh*ts gonna hit the fan" and it actually does. My favourite joke in the movie is when the doctor says about taking the passengers to a hospital, to which Elaine replies "A hospital, what is it?" and he says "It's a building with patients but that's not important right now". There are so many hilarious parts it's hard to watch without dying of laughter. That's if you can take jokes as well. The joke with the autopilot is hilarious, and I recommend watching this.

I absolutely love this movie. I have loved the Titanic since I was a kid, and like all movies, I go on and off of them. At some point I'm watching Titanic, and then another point I stop watching it for a while and start loving another movie. Titanic will always remain in the Top 5 favourite movies. My favourite movies. Titanic is slightly over 3 hours long, but when your watching it, it doesn't feel that long as there is so much suspense and excitement. The soundtrack in this movie is absolutely outstanding, the film is so emotional. I don't cry at movies, but this is that one movie that will always get to me no matter what. This film is based around a real life disaster, so it's not one of those films where you can just say to yourself "It's just a movie" and feel happy. It really happened, and you have to think how the story is similar to what would have happened in this film. Even the opening is sad. Once the sadness starts, it lasts for the rest of the movie. It's an absolutely amazing movie, I highly recommend it. The acting is also one of the best.

I know this movie gets a ton of hate for looking nothing like Godzilla, but I grew up watching it and really enjoyed it. I think its a really entertaining movie, and Godzilla is pretty fun in this movie, especially the baby Godzilla that runs around. I always found it sad how Godzilla dies at the end of the movie, but it's still a good movie. I haven't seen it in at least a year, but I might watch it again.

This movie is so bad its good. I have the novelization of Jaws 2 and 4, and the novelization is better than the movie of Jaws 4 if I'm honest. This movie has some fun parts (the end), and the story of the shark stalking them and following them from Amity to the Bahamas is ridiculous, and the shark roaring and swimming on its tail is so stupid. Ellen Brody has some sort of stupid connection to the shark where she remembers things that she never saw in real life, and has nightmares about her dying. Silly movie but better than Jaws 3 in my opinion.

Godzilla has to be the best fictional monster series to ever be made. Not only does each one have a separate storyline, they all seem to fit in, whether they are bad or good. Some films are terrible, but that's what happens when there are so many films in one series. My only problem with this film is that is feels like ages before Godzilla actually shows up, and that's about an hour into the film, not including the opening credits where he shows up for about a few seconds. This film is also really dark during the fight scenes, so you have to focus fully on the film and nothing that happens around you. It's really difficult to watch during the daytime because the sun pretty much makes the film unwatchable. Apart from that, there are some really cool action scenes in this movie, especially Godzilla's first full appearance at the airport. It's a good film, but you have to have patience to watch it.

This is the first proper horror movie I got introduced to, and the best out of the series. There are so many good aspects of this movie, from the classic music to the tense chase scenes. The music in this movie is so great, and is one of the most recognizable theme songs to a movie, if you're familiar with horror movies. The first movie doesn't really have much gore or violence, as the film relies more on suspense than the kills, which to some people is good and some people find it bad. I love it though, as I don't think a horror needs so many kills. If you want a Halloween movie with violent and gory kills, watch the Rob Zombie remakes. I know some people say the dialogue can be a bit off in this movie, but its 1978, and I didn't find anything wrong with it. If there's any horror that you should watch, it would be Halloween. A great introduction to horror for me, and on Sunday I finished watching the entire series, and am going to do it again leading up to Halloween Kills.

No matter how much I watch this movie, no matter if I don't really watch it at some points, it will always remain my top favourite movie ever made. I've watched this movie as a little kid, and have always loved it. I have countless books, toys, and memory of Jaws it's unbelievable. There are so many great things about this movie, but I am going to list them all because I really want people to watch this. This is the movie that started shark movies, this is the movie that helped Steven Spielberg remain a director and produce more amazing movies. Of course, the soundtrack by John Williams is one of the most recognizable and famous movie soundtracks ever produced. The opening credits give me chills. The good thing is about this movie is that we don't actually see the shark that much, so the music lets us know when it's there. The reason we don't see the shark is because the mechanical shark on the movie set didn't work very much, so they had to film through the shark's POV, and that turned out to work perfectly. That fact we don't see the shark more most of it is amazing, because it makes us build an image in our mind to what is really below the surface, and when we first see the shark, we are more surprised, especially because the scene is followed by the famous line "You're gonna need a bigger boat." Because the third act of the movie is mostly filmed in the actual sea, it makes it seem a whole lot more realistic. In my opinion, the film is better than the book, EVEN THOUGH THE BOOK IS ALSO AMAZING. There is so much merch for this film, it's hard to choose what you want to buy. There have been so many things made because of this film, including the good Jaws 2, the terrible Jaws 3-D, and the awful Jaws The Revenge. Jaws is one of the best movies ever produced and will remain in it's place for as long as it lasts - hopefully forever.

I think Signs has to be one of Shyamalan's best films, as it is perfectly written and perfectly casted. The film had me on edge throughout the whole second half, and the story is both emotional and scary. There are some awesome shots in this movie, such as when Mel Gibson sees an alien standing on the roof just staring. It's not really a horror movie like other reviews have said, but it definitely can be scary and intense sometimes. The foreshadowing and callbacks in this movie are absolutely amazing and really well done.

The reviews for this are really just an excuse to hate on Rob Zombie. Most people hate on it for not being as good as the original, what the hell do you expect? I really like the way they spent more time looking at Michael as a child and what he went through, and which ultimately ended up making him the murderer he is today. That lasts for at least half the movie, and the second half is him as an adult, coming close to what we see in the 1978 movie. The kills are very, very violent in this movie, including someone being beat to death with a stick, and someone getting repeatedly stabbed. The movie also contains a lot of f bombs and c words, but thats classic Rob Zombie. I really like how they managed to use the original music, which brings it up another star. Definitely recommend it if you can watch a lot of violence and gore.

Another hilarious and awesome movie directed by Edgar Wright and starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. Almost every piece of dialogue in this movie has some sort of comedy in it, and the action scenes are really enjoyable, and I love watching this movie every time. It will always be at my top 10 favourite movies, just purely because of the comedy and action, just what it says it is. The acting is great in this movie, and everything about it is just fun. If you aren't British there's some jokes in these movies that you won't understand, but they are hilarious when you do. A great watch and would recommend.
