I think that Color Splash is a great game. The details in each level is simply gorgeous, there’s no denying that. I really loved Color Splash’s art style! There was also a lot of funny jokes and humor along the way to keep the game fun and intriguing. The new character that helped Mario on his journey, Huey, was so fun to interact with and a very great addition to the Mario universe. I felt like Huey was a genuine friend sitting right next to me. The level concepts and designs were also amazing. From dueling on a hijacked train, to solving mysteries at a haunted inn, there are many ideas that were really put to life in this game. I would mention more examples, but I don’t want to spoil them. However, I do think that the game is lacking in the battles. It felt a bit stale as time went on, but I think that the battle was really interesting at Roy’s fight. If I could give a 4.5 star rating, then I would for this game. Overall, Color Splash is amazing in almost all aspects, and is definitely worth every penny.
