Dirty hands ! ! ! Kelly Seigler was the D.A. in Harris Co for several years and was known to be dirty . She hid evidence that caused people to be unjustly imprisoned . I'm wondering when Cold Justice will investigate her. You can cover up the truth but sooner or later the truth will shine through . Just because Kelly Seigler resigned to avoid prosecution does NOT make her INNOCENT !
