Having had the pleasure of knowing Gary from his 9 to 5 work life it is tremendously rewarding to see his progress as an author. This book takes the reader on a journey of learning and development and great reflection, too. Gary’s inimitable humour shines through and to finally know someone who has achieved the pinnacle of Maslow's hierarchy of needs (as I feel Gary has) is exceptional !
