"Thappad" The movie was released on 28th, February 2020. Thappad movie is directed by Anubhav sinha. In this movie the main character are Tapsee pannu, Dia Mirza, Pawan gulati, Tanvi Azmi, Kumud mishra and Ratan pathak shah. When i saw this movie, this movie really touched my heart and i feel that this story is something which I have seen for real. Taapsee Pannu's film Thappad is a great film. This is just a way to tell that slapping is not just a joke in this movie one of my favourite dialogue "Just a slap, but nahi maar sakta." Let me summarize the movie, it starts with all the characters part of the movie giving a small happy snippet of their life's. Then come to externally perfect of Amrita(Tapsee) who is happily living the life of being Mrs. Sandhu. Her whole life revolves around his husband Vikram, from taking care of every small thing for him to staying awake for his meeting next day where she has no role, from waking up at sharp 6am, household work, his mother's health care, his bed tea, his file and everything. Amrita is a dancer too but the dancer in her got lost after she got married. She took care of Vikram's dream & all she wished was fulfilment of his wishes. Whereas Vikram slaps his wife in a party just because of some problems occurred in his office which had nothing to do with Amrita. Shockingly he feels it's not a big deal & even Amrita's mother & her brother feels the same. The way Amrita reacts to it was different but brave & very essential. Tapsee pannu's acting was too strong and fabulous, supporing roles of female characters such as Dia mirza as a widow but was deeply in love with her death husband, as I believe If you truely love someone you need their memories not person, Roles of Tapsee's mother-in-law by Tanvi Azmi was superb as she said, beta galti tumri nahi, tumri maa ki hai jo tumko chup rehna ka bola , meri hai ka mera beta ko nahi sikhaya mene to respect women and Lastly, role of Maid was also nice. Dialogue where so heart touching & most importantly the love & loyalty portrayed in the movie from a wife is commendable.
