I have played War birds off and on for the last 16 years plus, before it was owned by I magic. As a former pilot I can honestly say that as a "grounded pilot" this has to be one of the best sims I've ever flown. The flight characteristics are unparalleled and you really have the sense of flying. As there are actually some of the planes I flew, back in the 60's, it's not only an exciting sim, but it's a lot of fun as well. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants that feeling of flight without having to spend 100 bucks an hour to do so. JK, call sign "Doc"
