I love this series. Set on the fictional island of Jinsy it follows the misadventures of Arbuter Maven and his sidekick Sporall (played by the series' creators Justin Chubb and Chris Bran), and introduces us to a fascinating assortment of locals and the very strange world they live in. The musical interludes are suitably bonkers and extremely catchy, so much so that I bought the album. If you've ever wanted to see David Tennant organising a wedding lottery or KT Tunstall singing 'It's cold and it's wet and it looks just like an onion' then this is the series for you!
