I've played every WWE game that's been released on the PlayStation platform and never had an issue with any of the games. Even if they had minor issues or glitches you could move on from it knowing it would have a patch to fix it. In regards to 2K20 it's a whole different experience, even with the updates and patch fixes the game somehow has a way of crashing or giving you unexplainable errors which can ruin your fun. I know every game doesn't run 100% from release but this game needs a bigger fix than most especially considering how much effort should have been put into developing it. Hopefully somewhere down the line it will finally be fixed and playable.
