I have a 65" Kogan smart TV which is still under warranty but I have been advised it is not able to be repaired Despite many many attempts to contact Kogan over the last 2 years I have never been able to arrange service on the TV as there is no pone number any where for service I finally managed to send a warranty request and received a response with a tracking number yesterday and tried to follow up this morning regarding the request IMPOSSIBLE it ended with me being ask to supply my MasterCard number to talk to a tecknission which in desperation on a previous request I gave to them as it turned out the tecknission was not able to help but I was charges over $50.00 which was refunded when contacted the company involved (I do know better that time I was lucky) when I was asked again this morning I just closed the web site
BE AWARE HOW EASY IT IS WHEN ALL YOU ARE TRYING TO GET SERVICE FROM KOGAN ON THERE SITE TO BE SCAMMED
I do not know if you are able to help me but there must be a lot of others having the same problem as Kogan sell so many products or an just silly and unlucky
