Honestly, I love the concept of this game. At first I thought the size of the farm is larger than it needs to be, but then I discovered the makers. No wonder the farm needs to be that big! Those makers are just one thorn in my side with this game. They should be designed to handle just one of one item at a time and they should be able to make more than one type of item. It is absolutely ludicrous that you need to have 10 makers just to make 10 boards! Combine that with the other 20 different makers for 20 other items and you need one whole section of your farm just for the makers. I absolutely dislike that everything you cut, chop or bust respawns so quickly. Is that really necessary? I understand that you need the items on a constant basis, but slow it down a little please. And speaking of slowing something down, how about time itself? There is simply not enough time in the day to do everything that needs to be done, let alone things youโd like to do. You canโt tend to the animals, tend to the crops, the ghastly amount of makers, chop the trees, mow the weeds, bust the rocks, empty the massive amount of puddles that keep showing up for no apparent reason, go do some mining and visit the stores and shops AND socialize all in one day. There is just no possible way. And whatโs the deal with going to bed by 10:00 or you lose time in your day or you donโt get full energy? I donโt even go to bed by 10 in real life. And speaking of socializing, these characters are incredibly boring! Dialog is something this game truly lacks. And their personality doesnโt change one bit after you marry. It stays the exact same way. Thereโs no personal feelings whatsoever. And why even bother with a baby when the only option is to adopt? Donโt people have babies anymore? Why arenโt you allowed to even pick it up from the bed until a month later? Why canโt your spouse or your child help with anything at all? No dates, even with your spouse? Iโm sorely disappointed in this game and I wish I never spent the money on it that I did. Hoping it truly gets better.
