I’m almost 49 years old and watched it with my 14 year old son and we both loved it! No boomer and no millennial here, just two different generations enjoying a fun family movie. Animation was quite good on Sonic, a lot better than I expected. The back story on Sonic and the rings was a nice touch. Tom’s character was well written and loved the interracial relationship Jim Carey reminded me of the old Jim Carey - animated and funny, yet a perfect villain Sonic was quite adorable Carey’s gadgets, drones and vehicles we’re pretty cool Flip side the logic of a terrorist in the run actually smiling and having fun in a bar was a bit hard to digest Overall a fun time!
