After allowing for the absurd premise of cities on wheels (imagine the energy costs) I found it somewhat entertaining. The acting was solid, but with few exceptions the whole thing was green-screen cgi stuff. The plot was cliched and predictable. Overall disappointing, but not a total waste of time.
