Theresa Wachal

Just finished watching her beautiful wedding with Jake. What happened to him? Was he killed in the line of duty? At some point I remember there being a baby. She grew into a “magical” person herself. In the marathon there is a jump from him to the series section in which she meets Sam. I love the show but am curious as to what happened in that gap between husbands.
