Being a huge fan of these types of cliche teen angst shows, I was really looking forward to this. Unfortunately, it just fell flat. Basically it’s the US wannabee version of The End of the F** World, and nowhere near as good. The few touches to try and make the show more diverse fell flat and Sydney, the main character, really wasn’t personable or funny. It’s not necessarily a horrible show but definitely not worth a watch or a second season. The ONLY good thing, I mean absolutely perfect thing about this show is STANLEY BARBER, now that is a character I would watch a show about. But, overall Netflix really missed it with this one and should just focus on The End of the F** World.
