Doesn’t feel like the grandiose debut that it should’ve been; more so it feels like an attempt from a veteran emcee in the middle of their career. Too much Jay-Z, too much religious rhetoric, not enough Jay Elec giving us the bars that have had us glued to our seats for a decade. Nonetheless a solid attempt, I just know it could be better. That spot on the goat list is anticipating Electronica, waiting for him to give it his all. 7/10
