Ya know, when I started binge watching The Good Place, I didn't know I was going to get so caught up in my feelings. Following these six characters as they passed through one trial after another, personally growing and falling in love with each other, all the time schooling the viewer on ethics, philosophy and the lack of meaning in life in edible and easily understood nuggets... I didn't realize how invested I was until the final episode and Jason's decision.
This 58 year old Puerto Rican man bawled for a half hour straight... and I couldn't stop until a half hour later. I didn't know how much I needed this show until it was done.
Good Job, Good Place.
