Filled with every imaginable cliche and more, this show is so packed full of cringe you’ll be wincing in your seat.
Impressively, the series manages to deliver a tediously predictable & simultaneously completely unbelievable storyline. The final episode really raises the game, and delivers a series of such genuinely ludicrous twists - the sense of realisation you’ve wasted 8 hours of your life watching this show is really something.
As others in the reviews have mentioned, the scenery is quite stunning. A real shame the script makes this show borderline unwatchable.
Word of warning to potential viewers: the show starts somewhat strong, and descends into something truly dreadful. Don’t be fooled…
People wonder why more audiences don’t watch local programming, but when this is the quality of a full scale production it’s a wonder why anyone watches at all. You can’t help wish the producers used the budget on something/anything else.
