This game was a 4 star until they announced that over half of the current game is being removed from the game for the Beyond Light DLC, this locks achievements, exotics and Triumphs/Lore in the game so you will never be able to get those that you still do not have.
It would still be a 4 star if they gave us all that come the release of Beyond Light but as far as i am concerned the game is now dead and all Bungie are doing is reusing old content to replace removed content.
