I like this version of Nancy Drew, it is edgier than previous versions. The castmates are a perfect foil for Nancy. George especially, who in the books and the TV series with
Pamela Sue Martin seemed to be just a lame sidekick. In the updated version, she is actually kicka** yet has her own demons and ghosts to fight against.
