Acting is decent. Story is incredibly slow. New characters are constantly being introduced all of which recieve almost zero substantial character development. Everything is incredibly vague. I don't personally understand the point of this show. Is this a metaphor to the ease in which people follow religion? Is it meant an elaborate ruse to persuade society into following whats looks to be good but inevitably is evil? It is unclear. It is also unclear whether he actually performs any real miracles as the show calls every single one into to question with circumstantial evidence. It'd be a much better show if they limited the amount of "important" characters and the amount of geography they are spread across or at least spent more time deepening the characters rather than following the monotonous politicking and vague "insight" of al massih.
