for several years I had been asking for travel firms to be looked into, due to bad positions I ended up in several times, incl being stranded at a Turkish airport without a flight holding a pre-booked a paid ticket, it seems after several years Rip of Britain seem to shy away..maybe to big to handle ?..now look at the " thomas cook affair " & yet most of my concerns were about most of these problems, all the tv prog did was to advise me to various other site,s but not theirs..maybe had they decided to pick these, & others up, ( as i,m sure I was not alone on this one ) things may have been a bit different on the Holiday scene....sorry thats my belief...
