It's a fairly realistic portrayal of life in a kitchen with really high standards.

Following the preview, I was really looking forward to tucking into this show. It’s super vanilla and the final plot twist is utterly preposterous.

Brilliantly executed! The cast, writing, content, production all deserve a ten out of ten. A story that needed to be retold for all, but especially to a younger audience that doesn't have an awareness of the magnitude of the devastation that ambushed the 80s gay communities. The ignorance and subsequent discrimination is played out sympathetically without deviating from how fear can lead to insensitivity and deplorable judgment. Despite the uncomfortable and often harrowing narrative, the show is heartwarming, poignant and demonstrates the merit of the human spirit.

Brilliant! Thoroughly entertaining. Great cast, plot, funny and heartwarming. Rides a good balance of current social politics told through likeable characters.

Sublime build up of a great antagonist character to result in a disappointing, anticlimactic end...

Good cast, an entertaining predictable plot up until it wasn't, and when it finally had my full attention it delivers nothing.....

Took a while for the characters to develop chemistry, but worth the wait. Season 2 is particularly good.
