I've seen worse, but I've certainly seen better. Two thirds of the movie is devoted to origin, mostly Harley Quinn, with passing references to Black Canary, Huntress, and Renee Montoya. It seemed to take forever before the story really began to advance then it was over like a television episode. Naturally, the bad guys were idiots who easily were defeated despite a force imbalance of probably 20 to 1.
