I liked this movie. It is off beat and funny yet touching ! In the real world not everyone is fulfilled and happy....most people are dysfunctional. This movie has all the hope for a meaniful christmas and does help unite an unhappy family and make a lonely guy happy. . I don't think Ben Affleck should be ashamed of it and I don't think it's a career killer....its a movie, it's entertaining!
