I watched this just in time when I was in the middle of crossroads in my own life. I saw myself in Shizuku and got inspired by her pursuing her passion EVEN when she wasn't sure if she was good enough. The movie is worth it, it doesn't have to be more than it already is, it's already a beautiful masterpiece.

If you are looking for a pure love story ( the kind that is about daring youngsters) this is the right movie. Love has always been above logical reasoning, with love, everything is unpredictable. And needless to say, I myself am looking for that same type of love... someday.
